Note: This is a recording of a webinar held on August 9, 2018.
The course contains two modules: a content module and a resources and evaluation module. After accessing both modules, learners will earn a certificate of completion. When the certificate is available, learners will see a Certificate button on their dashboard.

About the Trainer
Amy DeLisio, MPH, RD, is the Director at the Center for Wellness and Nutrition (CWN) and has over 12 years of experience working on nutrition education, social marketing, and chronic disease prevention interventions serving vulnerable populations. Ms. DeLisio has extensive experience in training and capacity building efforts, multi-level interventions, partnership development, and coalition building around common goals. She is passionate about implementing community driven approaches that increase equitable polices and food justice in low-resourced communities. Ms. DeLisio oversees the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) statewide contract funded through the California Department of Social Services and several contracts in the Southeast region of United States.

Objectives
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Define basic concepts related to developing a success story
- Describe the impact and value of telling a program’s success story
- Determine best practices in developing a success story for a SNAP-Ed intervention in Georgia
- Formulate a plan to put these best practices into action in a SNAP-Ed intervention in Georgia
- List the additional resources and tools needed to successfully develop a SNAP-Ed success story
